Information we collect
When you book an appointment, we collect your name, phone number, and (if provided) email address, along with the service, date, and time you book. If you pay online, payment is processed by our payment partner (Razorpay) — we do not store your card or UPI details ourselves.
How we use it
We use your details to confirm and manage your booking, send reminders and updates by SMS, WhatsApp, or email, process payments, and share what's needed with the specific business you're booking with so they can serve you.
Who we share it with
Your booking details are shared with the business you book at — they need this to run your appointment. We also share the minimum required data with service providers who help us run the platform (payments, messaging, hosting). We do not sell your data to advertisers.
How long we keep it
Booking and contact information is kept for as long as your account or booking history is active with the business, or as required to meet legal and accounting obligations, whichever is longer.
Your choices
You can ask the business you booked with, or us directly, to access, correct, or delete your personal information, subject to what needs to be kept for legal or accounting reasons.
Security
We use industry-standard access controls and secure infrastructure to protect your information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
